DUE TO COVID 19 SHIPPING IS SLOW AND WE ASK FOR YOU TO PLEASE BE PATIENT WITH US !
Orders are processed 7-14 business days before shipping or notification for local pick up. Once items are shipped, tracking numbers will be sent to the email address provided with the purchase.
Due to the nature of the products we offer , NO PRODUCTS WILL BE REFUNDED, only replacement bundles or store credit will be offered. This is non-negotiable, ALL SALES ARE DEEMED FINAL. Hair may be exchanged within 5 days upon receiving your package as long as the ties have not been removed, the wefts have not been unrolled and it has not been handled (washed/conditioned), brushed, colored or installed. Hair must be in its original packaging, in its original state and ready for resale.
*ex: running fingers through hair will void any possible exchange.
Why are Von Luxe' Extensions Non-returnable ? Human hair extensions are considered a hygienic product. We take matters of hygiene and public safety seriously. For the safety of all customers, we cannot allow opened items to be exchanged . This is a common practice with hair extension suppliers.
EXCHANGES
To exchange please email vonnluxe.ext@gmail.com with a picture attatched of the product in the exact form we gave it to you in with no alterations , unopened , not worn, or otherwise tampered with* , in addition your exchange request. Please allow 48 hrs for a respone.
NO EXCHANGES OR RETURNS ON UNITS AS THESE ARE CUSTOM MADE
Please note that if an exchange/store credit is offered in place of your item, wait times for the new item will vary based on shipment times and volume of orders at the time of sale.
